Pick Ups

Once you have completed your purchase, most Vendors estimate a turnaround time within a 24 hours range.  We ask that they prepare your order as soon as they possibly can.

Deliveries

Once you have completed your purchase, One City Vendors ship your product(s) via UPS. It takes an average of 3 days to arrive barring any carrier related delays. 

Gift Boxes

When gift boxes are ordered, One City Market prepares them and ships them via UPS Ground. It takes an average of 3 days to arrive barring any carrier related delays.

The average turnaround time for an order can be from instant with pick up, to one business week with deliveries. (Barring any carrier related delays)

All sales through One City Market are final. In order to return or exchange a product, please reach out to the Vendor who offered the items to enquire about their return policy.

In order to receive seamless payments from your orders via One City Market, we require all Vendors to use Stripe.

By signing into your Vendor Account, you can access the following information:

  1. Inventory
  2. Orders  
  3. Commission 

We drive traffic to our platforms with various mediums (i.e. blogs, social posts, press releases, in-person invitations, etc.)
